Primetime Car Wash & Bike provides vehicle washing, detailing and parking services in Puducherry and Kottakuppam. In this policy, “Primetime”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Primetime Car Wash & Bike.

If you communicate with us through WhatsApp, we may receive your WhatsApp phone number, profile name, message content, delivery/read status and related message metadata made available by WhatsApp.

- To accept, manage and fulfil wash, detailing and parking bookings.
- To respond to enquiries and provide customer support.
- To send booking confirmations, reminders, status updates and other service-related notifications, including through WhatsApp where applicable.
- To maintain business records, prevent misuse and improve our services.

4. WhatsApp and Meta services
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta to support booking notifications and customer communications. WhatsApp and Meta may process message and technical information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information received through WhatsApp. Where consent is required, we send WhatsApp messages only after you have provided your number and agreed to receive them.
You can stop WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us. Opting out of WhatsApp does not prevent us from contacting you through another method when necessary to complete an active booking.
5. When we share information
We may share only the information needed with authorised employees, service locations and providers that help us operate the website, deliver email or WhatsApp communications, host data or process payments. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect people, property and our services. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including customer service, accounting, dispute resolution and legal compliance. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete information associated with you, or withdraw consent for optional communications. To request deletion, use our contact form and include the phone number or email used for your booking so we can verify and process the request. Some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
